  1. Within the given number of days from date of purchase:Non-Star Card Members:14 days ; Star Card Members:21 days
  2. With original purchase receipt,all parts remain intact with complete packaging.
  3. Merchandise should remain unopened.Opened merchandise with a manufacturing defect will be exchanged as per the original purchase.Manufacturing defect will be determined upon inspection and at the sole discretion of Toys”R”Us.
  4. For product purchased with Star Points,the redeemed Star Points will be transferred to the replacement goods in the event of an exchange.In the event of a refund,redeemed Star Points will be returned to the member's account.
  5. For online purchases,product is required to return to any stores for an exchange or refund.Opened merchandise with a manufacturing defect will be exchanged as per point 3.Refunds will be processed online if merchandise is unopened.
  6. Exchange is offered once only.
  7. Product purchase with a gift receipt is exchangeable if item is unopened and in good condition.
  8. Refund will be based on the original method of payment.
  9. Gift Certificates,Gift Cards and any promotional coupons are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
  10. All CD,VCD,DVD,app controlled toys,video game hardware and software,blind pack items,consumables,merchandise with promotional gifts,seasonal products or discounted items are non-refundable and nonexchangeable.
  11. Delivery / assembly fee and plastic shopping bags charges are non-refundable.
  12. All exchanges or refunds will be processed at stores.
