40 Seconds to Grab! Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
1. The promotional period is from May 1 to May 10, 2026 (Hong Kong time).
2. Participation is limited to Star Card members only. If you are not a Star Card member yet, you must register first in order to participate.
3. During the promotional period, Star Card members may register on the “Play Day” page of the Toys “R”Us mobile application by shopping. The top 5 Star Card members with the highest cumulative spending during the promotional period and who have completed registration will receive reward.
4. Excludes the purchasing of video game hardware and software, game cards, trading cards & accessories, Toys“R”Us gift cards and pre-order items.
5. Refunded purchases will not be counted.
6. Each participant must complete the registration form and agree to all Terms & Conditions.
7. Each participant needs to register only once. After the registration information is submitted, it cannot be changed and will be used for determining the results to be announced later.
8. The winners list will show the registered name and the first 4 digits of the mobile number (e.g., Andy Chan, 6287****).
9. If the information provided by a participant is inaccurate or incomplete, Toys“R”Us may disqualify the participant from claiming the prize.
10. Registration is considered successful only when the activity is successfully displayed in the “My Play Day” page of the Toys“R”Us mobile application.
11. Employees of Toys“R”Us are not allowed to participate in this event to ensure fairness.
12. Toys“R”Us takes no responsibility for any of the following situations: loss, damage, errors, omissions, disorder, deletion, incompleteness, delays, transmission line failures, theft, corruption, alteration of routing, or unauthorized access to the database during the operation or registration process; or any loss or delay resulting from record loss or delay regardless of whether caused by server failure, virus, or program failure, or any other loss.
13. Toys“R”Us reserves the right of final decision in case of disputes.









2. Announcement of Results

The winners list will be announced on June 5, 2026 (Hong Kong time) in the comment section under the “40th Anniversary” post on May 1 in the Facebook page Toys“R”Us Hong Kong. Toys“R”Us will notify the winners individually via WhatsApp on June 5, 2026 (Hong Kong time). If a winner cannot receive the WhatsApp message for any reason or fails to reply within the specified time stated in the message, the winner’s prize redemption eligibility will be deemed automatically forfeited. Toys“R”Us is not responsible if a winner does not receive the prize notification or prize details for any reason, including (but not limited to) due to providing any false, incomplete, or inaccurate information during the registration process.



3. Prize Redemption / Participation

Date: June 14, 2026 (Sunday)

Time: 9:00 – 10:00 am

Location: Toys“R”Us Kowloon Bay MegaBox Store

1. If the participant is 12 years old or below, participation must be accompanied by one parent/guardian.
2. Participants must transport the shopping basket from the starting point to the finishing point within 40 seconds to win all products inside the shopping basket.
3. Each product may not be selected more than once. (If a product is selected more than once, it will be counted as 1 item only.)
4. Selected items must not include display items, or items that need to be retrieved separately from the warehouse, as well as video game hardware and software, game cards, trading cards & accessories, Toys“R”Us gift cards and pre-order items.
5. The total value of the products must not exceed HKD 6,000.
6. Toys“R”Us reserves the right of final decision in case of disputes.
