1. This offer is available from now until 31 August 2026 (the “Offer Period”).
2. During the Offer Period, any newly registered user of the Kids CARE service in Hong Kong (the “Customer”) may enjoy one free trial offer provided by SmarTone Mobile Communications Limited (the “Company”), subject to the terms and conditions set out herein.
3. To enjoy this Offer, the Customer must successfully enter and apply the promo code “CARE2MT” (the “Promo Code”) in the application at the time of registration for the Kids CARE service. The Customer may enjoy a free trial of the Kids CARE service at Premium Plan tier or any other tier(s) as the Company may otherwise specify for a trial period that the Company may offer (the “Trial Period”). Details are set out in the Kids CARE App or relevant channel(s) that the Company may use from time to time
4. The Promo Code is valid until 31 August 2026 (Hong Kong time) (the “Promo Code Expiry Date”). Any unused Promo Code will automatically expire and be forfeited at the end of the Promo Code Expiry Date. Each Promo Code may only be used once and may not be reused.
5. If the Customer subscribes to the Kids CARE trial service through the Company, the Customer may notify the Company to terminate his/her trial service before the expiry of the Trial Period. Unless the Customer has duly notified the Company to terminate the trial service before the expiry of the Trial Period, the Company will automatically renew the subscription to the Kids CARE service at Premium Plan tier or any other tier(s) as mutually agreed between the Customer and the Company for 12 months upon expiry of the Trial Period and charge the relevant fees. If the Customer subscribes to the Kids CARE trial service through App Store, Google Play, or any other third party, the Customer pays directly to such third party. The Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of such third party and must manage his/her free trial, subscription or cancellation directly with such third party. The Company shall not be liable for any charges, refunds, or the Customer’s failure to manage their subscription or cancellation directly with such third party or repeated subscriptions charged by such third party.
6. Each Customer may only enjoy the free trial offer once, including any free trial offered by the Company through other promotional campaigns.
7. The Offer and these terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Free trial quotas are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
8. The Offer and the Kids CARE service are for the Customer’s personal and non-commercial use only, and are non-redeemable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable for cash, credit, or other services or products. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, or cash coupons.
9. If the Customer cancels, changes, or returns the relevant product and/or refunds the relevant service, the Offer will not be re-issued or refunded.
10. The Company may, with or without prior notice, terminate or suspend the Offer or any Kids CARE service if (a) it is necessary for the Company to comply with any applicable laws, regulations, court orders, instructions, determinations, or directions of a judicial body, government, or regulatory authority; (b) the Customer’s Kids CARE service has been suspended or otherwise terminated; or (c) the Company reasonably believes that the Customer is involved in or allows any act or content that is abusive, illegal, fraudulent, improper, obscene, indecent, immoral, defamatory, dishonest, misleading, discriminatory, constitutes incitement of hatred, involves sedition or secession, or endangers public order or national security.
11. In case of any dispute related to this Offer or these Terms and Conditions, the Company reserves the right to make the final decision. The Offer is also subject to the Terms and Conditions for SmarTone Kids CARE Service and any other applicable terms and conditions.
12. Kids CARE is developed and operated by SmarTone. All features, services and content provided through the Kids CARE application are subject to Smartone's applicable terms, conditions and service policies.
13. In the event of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
