toysrus.com.hk delivers only within Hong Kong.
Delivery service is available for local address in Hong Kong only. No delivery service for any address outside Hong Kong.
Delivery service cannot deliver to the restricted area, remote area (e.g. country park) and outlying island (except Lantau Island, Cheung Chau, Ping Chau, Lamma Island and Ma Wan).
Assembled items and products without carton box cannot delivery to outlying Islands (except Tung Chung), restricted area and areas required special permission for vehicle access (including Wong Shek Pier in Sai Kung).
Toys"R"Us Hong Kong uses a combination of couriers. We are not able to arrange delivery provider which customer request for.
Shipping Fee is calculated based on the order amount (Net). Free Standard Delivery for order amount (Net) over HK$349.

If the destination is not accessible by lift or direct access by truck, deliveryman will arrange delivery at the nearest unloading point, e.g.: ground floor of the building, carpark, village entrance, public mailbox, etc.
In case customer need to move upstairs or downstairs services to customer’s house, the following additional charge will be charged by delivery service company. Deliveryman will call before arrival, to confirm the arrival time & location, (i.e. either at unloading point or at customer house with additional charge).

^For the continued stair, it will be counted as one floor.
20 stairs count as one floor, the stairs are calculated from the carpark, village entrance, etc.
*Customers are required to pay the "delivery service company additional fee" (no refund), it will be collected by the deliveryman when delivery. Only cash is available.
A service charge $40 will be applied if customer request change of delivery address after order being placed. It will be charge by customer service department and paid by online.

Toys"R"Us Hong Kong is unable delivering to Parcel Lockers, Self Pick-up Point, Warehouse, Consolidate centre and location without fixed building (e.g. Road side and Ferry Pier).
Staff from delivery company will contact you by phone, SMS or Whatsapp at the day of delivery. Delivery company will not proceed delivery for order cannot contact receiver. Those order will be delayed or returned.
If customer agreed delivering order to location without in person confirmation, e.g. Lobby, outside main entrance etc. Delivery staff will place the order as instructed and take photo for record. Order will be treat as successful delivery and we will not responsible for any loss for this delivery.
