Toys"R"Us Digital Gift Card - Use In-Store or Online (Delivered Via Email)
Send a Toys"R"Us Digital Gift Card to your friends or loved ones with a personalized message via email to use it online or in-store.
Online Redemption
- Enter the card number and PIN number of the Gift Card on our website at the time of checkout.
- The PIN is a 6-digit code found on the back of a Physical Gift Card behind the scratch panel or displayed on the email of a Digital Gift Card. Please keep the email safe.
- Gift Card will be locked after 6 accumulative unsuccessful attempts of PIN number entering. To unlock the card, please contact us for support.
- Up to 4 Gift Cards can be redeemed on one transaction.
- If the value of the items purchased Online is less than the total value of the Gift Card, you can re-enter the same Gift Card details on another occasion to redeem the remaining balance on your Gift Card.
- If the value of the items purchased online is more than the total value of the Gift Card, you will need to pay the balance using additional Gift Cards, or other payment methods provided.
In-store Redemption
- Present the Physical Gift Card or the email of Digital Gift Card with PIN number to the instore cashier at the time of checkout.
Use of the Toys"R"Us Gift Card is subject to the following Terms & Conditions, by purchasing and using the Gift Card, you accept and acknowledge the Terms & Conditions.
- Toys"R"Us Gift Card can be used at any Toys"R"Us store in Hong Kong and at toysrus.com.hk, babiesrus.com.hk.
- Load or reload between HK$100 and HK$2,000 on Physical Gift Card at any Toys"R"Us store.
- Digital Gift Cards cannot be topped up after initial purchase. Check your balance at any Toys"R"Us store or click here.
- This card is valid starting from the day of purchase and it remains active for 12 months from the date of last top-up / first purchase.
- Toys"R"Us Gift Card cannot be used to exchange for cash. Any unused amount after expiry will not be refunded.
- Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
- Promotional offers, discount code, coupons, Star Cash (HKD), Birthday Voucher or 3rd party Rewards Vouchers cannot be used to purchase or top up a Gift Card.
- Star Points will not be awarded for purchase or reload of Gift Card.
- Toys"R"Us is not responsible for the lost, damage or unauthorized use of the Gift Card. Any lost cards will not be replaced or refunded.
