The Toys"R"Us Star Card is not a credit card and no credit facilities will be offered to the cardholder. The points accrued under Star Card and Star Link Program do not have any cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. |

Points will be awarded when purchasing Toys"R"Us Gift Certificates, however, no points will be awarded when Toys"R"Us Gift Certificates are exchanged for goods. |

Every spend of HK$1 = 1 Star Point. Accumulation of a minimum of 1,000 Star Points must be achieved before Star Reward Coupons are issued.
There will be 3 cut-off dates for point accumulation - approximately 4 months between each date. Your Star Reward coupons and statement will be sent to you 3 times a year, shortly after each cut-off date. You will also receive regular email update about the number of points that you have accumulated. Toys"R"Us Star Points can only be earned and redeemed for purchases made inside Toys"R"Us main stores. Purchases made at cashiers outside Toys"R"Us main stores or at franchise cashiers within the main stores will not earn points and cannot be redeemed for points. |

Toys"R"Us refund policy applies to all Star Cards and Star Link Program. To refund, cardholders have to bring back the valid receipt and points will be deducted from the Star Cards. |

Star Reward coupons can be used on storewide purchases including discounted products. This does not include purchase of the electronic consoles, electronic games and software, baby products (including diapers, food, juice, bath and healthcare items) and Toys"R"Us Gift Certificates. Star Reward coupons can be redeemed and exchanged for goods inside Toys"R"Us main store only. |

Toys"R"Us reserves the right to decline applications, re-issue or withdraw the Star Card at any time. Toys"R"Us also reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the Star Card Program, or to terminate the Program at any time. |

Applicants of the Star Link Program are responsible for obtaining written consent of the individual cardholders when applying to combine the points of respective individual cardholders to the Link account. Toys"R"Us reserves the right to accept or reject the application for combining the points of any individual cardholders to the designated main account. |

The applicant authorizes Toys LiFung (Hong Kong) Ltd. the right to transfer personal data disclosed in the application herein to any departments within Toys LiFung (Hong Kong) Ltd. for accounting and promotional purposes. The applicant is entitled to have access to and make corrections to his/her personal data kept by Toys LiFung (Hong Kong) Ltd. We are always conscious and respectful of your privacy. We will never share your information with any party outside Toys"R"Us. |
