All applicants for HK Toys”R”Us Star Card (Star Card) must be aged 16 or above and have a valid Hong Kong residential address. |

The Star Card must be presented at the point of purchase, without it your transaction will not be recorded and no point will be rewarded. |

The Star Points accrued under Star Card do not have any cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. |

Points will be awarded when purchasing Toys"R"Us Gift Certificates, however, no points will be awarded when Gift Certificates are exchange for goods. Star Points will be calculated on the net amount after the deduction of the value of any Toys"R"Us Gift Certificates or other cash coupons and discount of any kind. |

Also enjoy the Star Card Benefits at any Toys"R"Us store across Asia - The Star Card can be used at all Toys"R"Us main stores in Mainland China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Brunei to earn Star Points. The net purchase (after discounts) in local currency will be automatically converted to HK$ according to the prevailing exchange rate being used by Toys LiFung (Asia) Ltd at the material time. |

Every spend of HK$1 = 1 Star Point. Accumulation of a minimum of 1,000 Star Points must be achieved before Star Reward Coupons are issued. There will be 3 cut-off dates for point accumulation - approximately 4 months between each date. Your Star Reward coupons and statement will be sent to you 3 times a year, shortly after each cut-off date. If your Star Card is not used for purchase at any Toys”R”Us store for 2 years, your accumulated Star Point Balance will be forfeited on December 31 of the year. |

Toys"R"Us Star Points can only be earned and redeemed for purchases made inside Toys"R"Us main stores. Purchases made at cashiers outside Toys"R"Us main stores or at franchise cashiers within the main stores will not earn points and cannot be redeemed for points. |

Star Card members can enjoy exchange and refund service within 45 days from the date of purchase in Hong Kong. Cardholders have to bring back the valid receipt and points will be deducted from the Star Cards. |

Star Reward Coupons can be used on storewide purchase inside Toys"R"Us main store including discounted products. This does not include purchase of the electronic console, electronic games and software, baby consumables (including diapers, food, juice, bath and health care items) and Toys"R"Us Gift Certificates. Star Reward Coupons can be redeemed and exchanged for goods inside Toys"R"Us main store only. |

If your Toys“R“Us Star Card has been lost, stolen or damaged, you can apply for a replacement of Star Card at any Hong Kong Toys”R”Us. All your personal information as well as the accumulated Star Point balance will be transferred to the new card within 3 weeks. HK$10 administration fee will be charged for each card replacement. The reported lost card will be terminated and no longer valid for use and earning of Star Points at Toys”R”Us. |

The applicant authorizes Toys LiFung (Hong Kong) Ltd, Toys LiFung (Asia) Ltd and Li & Fung Group of companies the right to transfer personal data disclosed in the application herein to any departments within Toys LiFung (Hong Kong) Ltd, Toys LiFung (Asia) Ltd and Li & Fung Group of companies for commercial, administration and promotional purposes. The applicant is entitled to have access to and make corrections to his/her personal data kept by Toys LiFung (Hong Kong) Ltd, Toys LiFung (Asia) Ltd and Li & Fung Group of companies. We are always conscious and respectful of your privacy. We will never share your information with any party outside Toys LiFung (Hong Kong) Ltd, Toys LiFung (Asia) Limited and Li & Fung Group of companies for communication. |

Toys LiFung (Hong Kong) Ltd, Toys LiFung (Asia) Ltd and Li & Fung Group of companies reserve the right to decline applications, re-issue or withdraw the Star Card at any time. Toys LiFung (Hong Kong) Ltd, Toys LiFung (Asia) Ltd and Li & Fung Group of companies also reserve the right to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the Star Card Program, or to terminate the Program at any time.
